You did not get any hassle. And Katy at Derby was so professional and friendly.

Staff were most helpful, explained what items were on offer to suit our requirements then left us alone to decide. A hot drink was offered-a nice gesture

Staff very helpful, without being over pushy. They advised me there were sale items as well as items at full price.

When we entered the store we were greeted and given the information we needed, then given time to browse at our own speed, We were asked if we would like a drink, we felt no sales pressure (which would have put us off) and when we made our choice the staff were both pleasant and efficient. Katy was the staff member we dealt with and she was welcoming and informative. Overall it was a satisfactory visit with no hassle.

Was greeted by friendly staff even though it was New Year’s Day and I was one of the first customers in, got asked what type I was looking for, offered a warm drink and that talked through the two I’d narrowed it down to two. Adam explained my options and the 40 day trial and if I did decide to swap for the more expensive one I could within that time period. Ordering it and setting up my payments was quicker than expected and I was out of the store within an hour which was brilliant for me.

Adam who assisted us at the store was absolutely fantastic, and he is the number one reason I enjoyed my experience at the store. He is knowledgeable, and friendly. He is also not pushy, which would surely put me off a store altogether..!!

I was very pleased when just browsing in the store the chap was very helpful and knowledge of the products. Then when I placed the order over the phone Joanne who I dealt with was the most helpful person so I was very pleased overall
