Dreams - Derby

Ali was so helpful and made our visit enjoyable and we were offered drinks and the children were given sweets . A really nice surprise to be treated with such a lovely service. Stuart the store manger was also lovely and extremely helpful. If I'm honest our outing turned from a stressful to a really lovely afternoon even my boys had fun and they are 9 and 11 so to of kept them happy it's fantastic. Thank you so much.

On entering the store we were greeted and offered a drink, very nice coffee. The assistant ,Adam,was extremely helpful and knowledgable but not overpowering or pushy, just there if we needed any information. The store was well set out and differing mattresses marked according to type. We were not rushed and were able to try as many as we wanted to at our leasure.

We visited the store on Saturday 6th Jan to look at the bedroom furniture and came across the sloane range. It was well made and would look beautiful in our house. We looked at the Ellis bed as well which works perfectly with the Sloane range. We went away for the night, did our measurements and decided it's what we wanted. We went back to the store in derby at 10:50am on Sunday 7th to take out finance on the items we wanted. Straight away we were warmly greeted by Ali who asked what we needed and explained the 3 for 2 offer along with the finance. We sat down and were made drinks while he did the paperwork. Everything took no more than 20 minutes! It was great! Ali was very personable and nothing was to much to ask. All in all a fantastic service and one we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend

Adam was very friendly and had knowledge of the mattresses and had our best interest at heart.

The products were displayed very well, with enough information for us to make a decision, the staff are available if you want help and are not pushy.

Adam was very helpful when we needed him .He explained the layout of the bed categories ,then let us explore without hanging around.when we had made our selection ,he was very knowledgable about our choice and explained its setup for use.we paid for our mattress .He offered to help us to the car with it .we didn't need the help but it was nice that he offered .We were both extremely happy with the sevice we were given .Thankyou

The manager at Dreams Meteor Centre Derby was an extremely happy and upbeat man. I was extremely nervous about going as I am having to buy a bed for the first time on my own due to a marriage breakup and he put me at ease. Jo who worked there was very empathetic and understood her job very well. She found me exactly hat I needed and the process became a very enjoyable one. I would, and already have recommended Dreams to anyone needing a new bed.

Excellent choice and price range. The store assistant Tina was friendly and helpful, providing us the time to browse and make our choice whilst offering support when required and giving us alternative pillows to help us make a decision.

Assistant was able to answer all questions and seemed knowledgeable on products, allowing plenty of time for us to consider and test out various options without any sales pressure.
