Adam was friendly, offered us drinks and was extremely knowledgeable about all products. He helped us make a very important decision and didn't rush or pressure us in anyway. All the staff at Dreams are extremely helpful and friendly and seem to all work very well together. Definitely a good team.

I visited your store in Derby today with my 96 year old Grandmother and was assisted by Jo the sales lady. As you can image at 96 My Grandmother doesn't always hear everything said to her and Jo was very patient and undestanding. Jo was very helpful in explaining and describing lots of mattress types and their prices to us. nothing was too much trouble for Jo and she went above and beyond in my opinion, to help us get the best mattress for my Grandmother. It was apleasure to be assisted by Jo and will be returning to the store for my own purchase very soon.

I was left to browse for a while before the Store Colleague approached me. She was very polite and helped me to select the mattress I required. I did not feel at all pressured to buy as so often is the case these days unfortunately. Well done Dreams! 🙂

Shop was clean and tidy, and well layed out. Jo took me to the item I was looking for, and took my order and delivery date without any problem.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. We was planning on visiting a number of stores but due to Adam professionalism and clear passion we brought our item there and then. Adam is a credit to Dreams.

Your colleague Tina is the main reason for our satisfaction. She spent a lot of time with us across 3 visits, she made a real effort to understand our needs and then to meet them. Her product knowledge was outstanding. Tina provided excellent information and and a wide range of choices but was never pushy. As well as giving excellent care Tina also gave us our personal space to reflect on the options. We are very happy with the decision that we've made and will certainly use Dreams again in the very near future.
