Dreams - Derby

We visited the Derby store with our children to order a mattress to compliment a dreams bed we had bought on line. Tina greeted us and could not have been more welcoming providing drinks for the children and us. She clearly explained the products and left us to browse. She popped back over to check we were OK and advise of current offers, without any heavy sales talk. Once we had decided she processed our order quickly, even coordinating delivery dates with our online order. Could not have wished for a better experience. Just looking forward to receiving our new bed now.

We were at Dreams specifically to look at the tempur range of mattresses. The over all experience of trying out the various tempur mattresses, including having access to the tempur pod tuition was excellent, we felt totally unpressured, yet Tina the sales lady on floor, was never far away to offer any and all advice on all the variants available in the tempur range, including offering us the different tempur pillows that only enhance the whole experience. We were offered on many occasions refreshments which made our stay at dreams feel very warm and relaxed.

In a wheelchair with my son. The salesman was very helpful and explained everything clearly. We were allowed plenty of time to test mattresses before purchase. Disabled parking was excellent.

Adam was very approachable and knowledgeable when we tried the Tempur Mattresses at the weekend. He remembered my husband today when he visited the Derby store again to purchase the Mattress we had decided upon.

Friendly service without being pushy. Offered a beverage to drink whilst browsing but declined. Time given to allow us to consider various options before we needed staff to place an order. Mattress that was not on show brought from warehouse for us to assess which was done with a smile. Discounts explained.

Tina was very polite and not pushy in anyway. I asked her advise based on what i was looking for and she was spot on. I all it took less than 15 minutes to find what i needed and make the purchase. Thanyou Tina.

The assistant Tina was so helpful when I told her what my needs were in purchasing a bed! She listened and took on board what I was saying and knew where to direct me without being a pushy sales person...she was warm and friendly and I really appreciated her help! Thank you!

The staff were great, just not good when you have to wait 3-4 weeks for the product to be deliver, particularly when you haven't planned for this when, say finishing decorating.
