Every think was explained quickly then we were left to look around at our leasure

I was looking for a double bed for my spare room as I had family coming to stay. I looked in a few bed stores but did not find what I wanted, they were either too expensive or didn’t have the storage I wanted. I then walked into a Dreams store, I told the assistant what I was looking for, he immediately showed me a number of beds that fitted my requirements, I chose the one I liked, bought it and now waiting for delivery. The assistant explained everything to me about the bed, the service and the delivery. I would readily recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

Tina was a great help, came straight over and explained all the beds to us then gave us time to make a discussion, once we were ready to order she made sure everything was covered.

We've previously visited dreams to look at mattress's before Christmas. We'd looked at other stores but couldn't find a mattress that compared. We didn't want to buy online as we wanted to try before we bought. On our second lists the day we purchased (27.1.18) we tried the mattress and again and bought within around 15 minutes. Staff were readily on hand, polite and the purchase and delivery was sorted out quickly. We were offered refreshments which was nic touch to the service.

It all ran very smoothly had a nice hot chocolate and Stuart was very helpful

It was a relaxing experience and the staff was friendly and we found what we went for over all a good day thank you
