Dreams - Derby

Clean any airy store, polite and friendly staff. Did not feel pressured at any time but excellent assistance was on hand whenever it was required (thank you, Stuart!). We were given coffee and all the help we needed to select our new matress.

Adam greeted us as soon as we went into the shop. Asked us what we needed We were looking for a topper for our bed proceeded to show us the various options of toppers available but we decided to actually buy a new mattress instead he showed a us the various types of mattresses available we decided in the end to buy a king size Dynasty K Mattress after trying the various ones we took our time and when we needed Adam he was there its was relaxed and we did not feel as if we were being rushed to make up our minds like some places you go to Adam was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses and explained in lay mans terms for us to understand what it all means I am looking forward to receiving our new mattress as it was so comfortable when we tried it

Jo made us a drink a cup of tea as we walk into the shop. Very very helpful

Friendly staff Free hot drink in store Wasn't rushed into a sale I was left to make up my own mind Was talked through numerous products I could compare similar items and wasn't pushed towards the more expensive one either

Very good instore service, very pleasant staff made to feel welcome with drinks and browsing.

Had to change a mattress and on all occasions we visited the store customer service was brilliant. even when we went to choose a new mattress at 6pm the first thing we were offered was a hot drink. 5 stare treatment. Jo even gave me and my husband better pillows so we could try the mattress to the best we could.

Adam at Dreams Derby was very knowledgeable but not pushy, he answered all our questions and was very polite and friendly. We were offered coffee shortly after arrival but left to look around in peace. Adam was always on hand and he came across to us a couple of times to see how we were getting on. They have obviously got customer service spot on in this store and also gave the impression that they worked well as a team.

Was very satisfied as the staff were very friendly,welcoming and helpful My husband and I where placed in a small room where we were able to lay on the bed, relax and experience the full value of the bed, at the same time we watched a demo on the t.v of the bed we were testing. That surly was great and we made our minds up there and then that we would buy

The salesman Adam was very helpful and extremely knowledgable of his products !
