Sales person wasn't pushy, made us feel at home (including our 5 & 2 year old), gave great advise and plenty of products to choose from

The gentleman who served us was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain about the different beds we looked at and their suitability for our requirements.

Your assistant was very knowlegable on the product we were interested in, and made us confident in our final choice.

Was greeted by a friendly assistant as soon as we walker in, she gave us very good advice as my partner gets back pain. There was no pressure, was left alone to browse but was helped with any queries.

Price and customer service on purchase

I was weary of changing my mattress & although I had checked a few out online prior to visiting, I was still unsure of what the best mattress would be for me (cost permitting). I need not have worried. My Mum & I entered the store later in the day (around 5pm?) & were given time by staff to have a look around. Tina approached us asking if she could help & offered us a hot chocolate (which was very nice and a lovely touch!). Tina went though my needs & helped to find me the perfect mattress (providing me a pillow similar to the one I used at home, to allow for a better comparison). After trying various mattresses around the store, I decided on the one for me. I can honestly say that my Mum & I found Tina to be the most helpful assistant, who listened and understood what I needed. Tina exceeded expectations for myself and my Mum - we both commented on how friendly, approachable, helpful & knowledgeable she was - she didn't 'jump' on us as we entered the store & allowed us to wander around without feeling pressured into buying. Tina was a big reason of why I chose to make my mattress purchase that day - which she also made a quick & seamless process - very professional!
