I visited with my mum and was helped by John. Excellent product knowledge and attention to our needs. I came back with my husband and was served by Jo. She was super friendly, helpful, gave us space to consider and discuss our potential purchase but nearby to respond quickly when needed. Absolutely excellent customer service.

Staff identified exactly what I needed. Friendly, but not pushy or intimidating, felt very comfortable given that your basically lying on a bed with a stranger looking a you. Although spent top end of my budget, I'm happy with my purchase and feel got good value for money.

This was the first time visiting Dreams store and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice and product quality. The choice was made much easier using the technology to match our needs to the product and the advice received from the salesperson.
