there was no pressure to purchase, we were allowed to view at our own pace, offered refreshment and given excellent guidance

Very impressed with the service received from 2 of the staff.

We were given time to look round the store before being asked by ADAM if we would like a drink while he told us all about the different bed bases and mattress, and that we could mix & match them. Then after deciding on what we wanted he worked out a the best price for them, then a good day for delivery.

We were asked if we were ok or needed help, at first we said we were ok, we were then offered a drink which was nice and unexpected, after a while we asked for some advice which was given and very helpful. We had decided before entering the shop that we would look at the other places nearby to compare but the lady was so full of knowledge friendly and polite that by the end we just decided to with with it.

It was very important to make a well informed and tested decision on purchasing the right mattress. We had looked on Dreams website first of all, to read up on the mattresses available and customer reviews. Then the all important visit to the store, to try and test out the ones we had reviewed online. We were not pressurised by an assistant in store, (as seems the norm in some stores!) much to our annoyance I may add! But when we did ask for some assistance Tina was more than helpful, explaining things about the different mattresses, memory foam, spring mattress etc. Through to the delivery, bed cover and all! All in all a very helpful and lovely lady. Thank you Tina.

Sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

The salesperson was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the different options available in choosing our beds etc. Nothing was too much trouble to him and he answered our questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

The staff were great. I have used this store before and spent 5,000 on my first visit and 2,500 on this visit and would come back again. Stuart and Tina are great and they make it easy for me to make a purchase.

Excellent service from Tina and she knows what she is talking about and she makes a great cup of of cappuccino
