The manager, Adam, was very good striking the right balance between being v helpful but not overbearing

We found your store (Meteor Centre, Derby) very easy and pleasant to walk round and check things out; the staff were helpful but not 'pushy'. When we had decided on our purchases, the staff member we spoke to (Ali) was extremely helpful and friendly. All round, a very positive experience. We first visited the store on the 2nd of march to have a look at what beds where available, we was given time to browse and assistance was on hand as soon as we needed it. Stuart was extreamly helpful as printed off the measurements of the bed we liked the looks of, we were offered refreshments and felt very comftable with the service we received. We returned the next day to make a purchase and yet again stuart was very helpful, and finalised our purchase with very high standards of customer service. The staff at the Derby store are an absolute credit to your company, we have 4 year old twins and shopping for anything is near impossible, the staff where fantastic with our girls and this is our first big purchase we have been able to make with our girls in tow.

The store assistant Tina was extremly undwestanding and helpful. She was very patient and felr she went out of her way to make sure i coukd get what i meeded for the right price

We entered the store looking for a bed frame and a mattress. We were left to look around for a while then approached by Ali and told to ask him if we needed any help. We continued to try a few mattresses and then Ali came to offer us a hot drink. We accepted and when he returned we discussed what we were looking for and he explained the lay out of the store and where to find what we wanted. When we'd decided which mattress we liked we talked about bed frames and Ali showed us one we had looked at upon entering the store and offered us an amazing deal. We wanted to have a look at alternatives and we told him and the team we would shop around first. They weren't at all pushy and understood our need to check other options. It was clear by the time we returned home that the offer we were given at dreams was the best so we called the store to confirm we wanted the deal for the mattress and bed. We returned to the store the following afternoon and completed the paperwork with Jo who was also helpful and friendly.
