Good all round service.

Staff very attentive, good communication and knowledge of product. We were allowed the time to talk between our self’s when making a decision. Great value for money and extras added to order without having to ask such as warranty cover. So pleased with service we made an additional purchase of pillows, sheet and mattress protector

Very professional friendly staff

Upon entering the Dreams store, I approached Tina who I asked if finance options are available and she was happy to talk through all the different options. She asked if we would like a drink whilst browsing the store, which was a nice gesture. She explained about the colour codes which represented the different types of mattress. Once we found a bed we liked, we asked Tina a few questions about the bed which she happily and confidently answered. She was very helpful by talking us through the options we had to get the most for our money. We selected our choice of base, mattress and headboard which she then priced up for us and went through it all to ensure we were satisfied. She talked her way through the steps of setting up the finance to make sure it was all correct and fully understood, which it was. Me and my partner were very satisfied at the end of our visit and would definitely return to the store for any other accessories we may need for our bed. Tina not only sold us the bed today but went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and very enjoyable.

The service from the staff was excellent. I felt so welcome as Tina offered us a seat and a warm drink. There was loads of different types of mattresses available and she knew straight away which one would suit me and I bought it. The shop was well presented and clean. Will definitely come back and shop again and will also recommend to a friend.

The assistant was very helpful but was not pushy. She gave advice then left us to try different options. As we were narrowing down what we liked she offered further advice and alternative options. She could not have done better and we are very happy with our decision.

I found it a very pleasant experience in your store, I was very pleased with the friendliness. The person that dealt with me was excellent (ADAM) I wish all the shops that I use had the same quality of help.

Staff very friendly and helpful, easy to find what I wanted and place an order, and the hot chocolate was delicious!
