Dreams - Derby

I went into the Derby store after seeing an offer on your website. Jo couldn't get me that specific mattress but she found one at a higher spec that suited my needs and did it at a great price. She didn't mess around with me purchasing the mattress and the whole deal was completed quickly, I was even offered a drink whilst we filled in the paperwork. A nice touch. Excellent service

No pushy sales. We were given all the information that we required in a clear way, given a coffee and allowed to browse and discuss at our leisure. The beds were all laid out in a spacious way, so we could walk around and inspect each one. The mattresses are also organised in such a way that they are grouped by category or brand and the information about each product is there in front of you. The sales assistant was at hand for any additional questions that we may have, but did not pester or impose. Once we had made our decision, the order process was efficient and painless; even the extra warranty was not forced upon us. We were provided with the facts in a none forceful way and again given time to decide. Excellent customer service and a positive customer experience - can't wait now for our bed 😊

This was the nicest experience I have ever had whilst shopping for furniture. Myself, my wife and two children were looked after by Adam and his enthusiasm for the products we were looking at genuinely helped make our decision really easy. He gave us loads of information about the mid sleeper as well as the options available. Adam was professional and very likeable... a definite asset to your company :-) I wish Dreams did more than just beds. We will definitely be back when the littlest member of our family is ready for an upgrade to a big girls bed.

Tina the assistant was so friendly it was as if we knew her. She was able to show the products, discussed a variety of options, showed us different mattress types and printed out different quotes for different selections. She was not at all pushy, she left us alone to discuss the options, she told us about other products and services available to us. We were offered hot drinks and again given time. we felt so relaxed and comfortable whilst in the store

the sales people where very helpful knowledgeable and patient and not pushy and overpowering and left us to keep trying different beds but were always available when we needed advice we where very impressed and would certainly recommend them.

The lady was very attentive, able to ask all of out questions, got us a drink and made us feel very welcome. She explained all,the different mattress types which was very helpful.
