Dreams - Derby

Adam greeted us, gave us the information we needed then allowed us to wander, refreshments were offered a number of times, he double checked things ie the depth of the fitted sheets. happy customer :)

We had visited at least Dreams store in Derby and every time Tina welcomed us with a smile. She was very helpful with full of advice. Stuart was very good to help us to make the final decision both Tina and Stuart were brilliant.

We were greated by Adam at the Derby Meteor store, he was very friendly, polite and offered a lot of advise on what was available in store. We were both offered tea and coffee (which I wasn’t expecting) and were left to explore the comfort of the mattress without being over watched by the staff. Adam would only pop back to us when we were standing looking confused. Once we had made our choice Adam quickly arranged a delivery date that suited ourself and even removed the cost of a Saturday delivery. I didn’t feel pressured into buying any extra products whilst ordering the mattress. In my opinion my experience at Dreams was much better than the experience we had received at Benson for beds earlier the same day.

Planning to replace our king mattress but needed a quick summary of the different mattresses before we tried and tested some as it has been many years since we purchased a mattress & technology will have moved on!. Asked Adam who gave us the quick review we required. Left us to test some mattresses but also came back to assist & answer questions.

Jo was on hand to answer any questions we had, particularly relating to the mattress, without being overly pushy. She gave us time together to discuss the options but was on hand and available with alternatives as we gave her more and more questions we had. She also understood we had a budget and helped us work within that as well as finding what we needed.

Excellent service from Tina friendly helpful pointed out all various options explained products pocket springs etc gave us time to browse and was quick and efficient at till, with delivery date to suit us, have previously bought bed / furniture from dreams few years ago now , quality and standards remain excellent .
