Dreams - Derby

We went in and had a look around, we didn't get jumped on which is great as we felt just free to roam. I usually walk out of shops in which im jumped on. We picked a bed we wanted and went to the desk and the assistant was very nice (Tina) she offered us a drink and then sat down and talked us through everything in a friendly manner. We were very satisfied.

Tina was very helpful and answered all my questions. I want to tell everyone to buy from Dreams

Went to the clearance store in derby to purchase a new mattress with my mother The store was person was Tina This person had a tremendous amount of knowledge of the type of mattress we wanted or needed. She showed us a few spring mattresses and tempru type doubles All telling my mother to please try them out see how they feel She would leave us to decide on types and she would always come back when asked. Tina's presence and underlying knowledge was one of the beat And we made out choice and paid in full We said many thanks at the end but you dreams need to know how good this staff member is

After entering your store we were approached by one of your team, his name was Ali , he advised and helped us find the perfect bed for us, he was very knowledgable , made us feel at ease , it was a pleasant experience and left feeling very happy with our purchase. Thank you.

Firstly we were met by Tina who was very helpful and courteous. She asked us if she could help and explained how best to select the Mattress we required. She asked if we wanted refreshments and then led us to the Temur experience room. Once we had tested the mattress she brought me my drink then explained how to test each Tempur Mattress which was our desired make. Tina could not have been more helpful, an excellent assist to your team. The final purchase process was carried out by Stuart (Manager)who again was very professional. A very pleasant experience in our purchase.

Store was spotless and very well set out. I was greeted by Katy with a very warm welcome, and with a smile. She was very knowledgable and took the time to appreciate what exactly I wanted/needed. She was very thorough and I didn't feel pressured and rushed to make a purchase. Excellent customer service skills.

The salesman was interested in our needs as opposed to trying to sell us the most expensive item, he showed us everything we asked to look at and explained all options and variations in style, size, comfort and cost and allowed us to make an informed decision to best suit our needs.

Stuart and Adam were extremely helpful and approachable; I was able to have good banter with them as they were extremely friendly which made the experience very enjoyable.

Very pleasant friendly & informative staff . ( Katy ... Derby Meteor Centre ) Show room laid out neatly & the 'colour coding' system made choosing easier . The whole experience from start to finish was very positive.
