Good customer service, friendly staff good products

The store assistant (Tina) was excellent, friendly, genuinely interested in what we wanted and very helpful. The experience was handled efficiently and in a professional manner and we would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to our Family & friends

Stuart at Derby gave us a very detailed explanation of the choices we had, explaining why one option may suit us more than others. Left us to try various options &, although helping others around the store, was always able to get back to us for further advice.

Dreams colleague Adam was vey professional and extremely helpful with the purchase of our tempur mattress. Pleasure to shop at Dreams.

Welcomed to the store l asked to be left alone until I was in need of assistance.when I required the help it was first rate from a polite,knowledgeable, non pushy ,assistant.iwas offered extras but not made to feel I had to have them.overall a great shopping experience.

The Staff welcomed us to the store and asked if they could be of assistance, didn't push just a friendly question. When we asked for help the member of staff explained how the information and prices were laid out. We were then both offered a cup of coffee, this impressed us both. The staff did not approach us again, they left us to decide. When we wanted to ask some more questions they were ready to answer. All 3 members of staff that we interacted with were friendly, courteous and polite. I actually enjoyed the shopping and chatting with the staff.

We were approached as we entered and shown the area we wanted. Then left to browse on our own which we prefer to do. However when we needed Adam he was there with all the information we needed.

After browsing for a few minuets 'i was approached by a friendly team member who was very friendly and helpful, She explained all about the different beds and options available , After deciding on which bed i wanted to purchase Katy processed my order and explained everything in great detail. The whole experience in store was first class
