Excellent service from Adam who obviously had a great deal of product knowledge but when he’d explained everything we needed us to know he left us to try the beds but was available whenever we had a question. Excellent customer service

Quick service, polite, knowledgeable

From first contact to delivery the service I received was second to none. I purchased an ex display bed at a very reduced price but the service and hospitality that I received was no less than if I had spent a fortune. The store assistants were interested, helpful, polite, informative and knowledgeable. Delivery was smooth and easy, on a date I requested and I was keep informed all along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending dreams to anyone.

Paul was very helpful and put us at ease with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable and left us to decide on the various options and offers he presented us with. He was not pushy. He offered us a coffee. He guided us through the last two options we eventually decided to go with and we were satisfied with our descision.

Tina the sales assistant was super helpful and knew her products very well, but the first thing Tina did was to offer us both a hot drink before she started to explain what kind of bed and mattress would be suitable for us both. Tina is a great asset to you company and the Derby branch as well. Keep up the good work Tina.
