The assistant was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed us different options and explained the benefits of each one. She was never pushy but was genuinely concerned to help us find the right mattress for us.

Katy who helped us had a great knowledge of the products and did everything she could to make sure we got a great bed. She also helped to make sure we got a fantastic deal

Stuart and Tina at the Meteor Retail Park in Derby was extremely helpful. Helped us understand the various products and quality available to suit our needs for the bed we ordered to include the mattresses and accessories. The bed comes with a TV so is the high end bed product in store and having seen the product at a competitive store for a lot less the staff made us understand the difference in quality and reasons for spending that little bit more to get the best for comfort and money.

I liked the way that Katy explained the colour system and then left me to try various beds. I did not feel hounded as you do in other stores.

When we walked into the store an assistant came over and asked if we needed help, when we said we were just browsing he said I`ll be over there if you need me, when we saw what we liked his knowledge about the bed frame and the type of mattress we wanted was exceptional, he wasn`t pushy and very helpful, when we said we`d been let down by a competitor and were waiting he said he`d sort us a quick delivery and he did

the Store manager Stuart and his assistant Tina were great and gave great service.

Tina was our sales assistant and she dealt with us in a very friendly and professional manner. She went on to explain how the GM of Dreams has wanted to give something back to society in terms of helping children who don't have a good place to sleep. We were delighted to hear this, as it is a thing close to our own hearts.

We saw the bed we were looking for before we had even entered the shop, it was on display in the window. As soon as we entered the shop a very nice lady approached us and asked if we needed any help, which we did regarding a mattress as we'd already picked the bed. The lady, who's name was Jo, was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, I didn't realize there was so much to know about beds.

We were greeted and helped by a delightful, professional and very helpful lady (Tina). Not pushy at all, but very knowledgeable, friendly, and with excellent judgement of our needs. We are very happy with our purchase, and the customer service made our visit to your Derby store an exceptionally pleasant experience. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

We were welcomed into the store and was told if we needed any help to please ask , we were left alone to make how selection and then when we were ready WE approached a sales assistant who was friendly and very helpful . We were able to select when we wanted delivery . Overall a very pleasant experience
