The staff were very friendly and helpful, they never pressured us into anything and just helped us pick out the right bed for us. They also helped with getting the bed and mattress to us as soon as possible and when the initial bed we wanted wasn’t in stock they helped us find an alternative that we wouldn’t have to wait a long period of time for. They spent a lot of time helping us and went into a lot of detail about everything as we were new to buying a bed that was right for me and my partner.

The lady that assisted me in store was very professional and able to tell me a lot of information about all the different types of mattresses and bed frames that were available to me. They were helpful at finding me a quality product that was also in my budget. Also being autistic and having a young child with me they were fantastic, patient and didn’t mind explaining things a bit more so I could understand. I will definitely come back to this store and will be recommending to family and friends.
