The person dealing with me answered all my queries and gave me confidence to go ahead with the purchase. He also gave me as much time as I required and there was no pressure.

Steve from the Leicester branch was in store at the Derby branch and he looked after my husband and I. He was knowledgable and very friendly. Not at all pushy. Explained everything about various products to us Was also very patient, Thank you.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were excellent. We were asked what we were looking for and shown the various colour codes to go for that matched our needs. The staff were friendly but not over the top. Everything was explained full and customer service was excellent. There was a lot of variety and prices were clearly displayed. The store was clean and had loads of room to look clearly. We took ages to make a decision but were not rushed.

Staff were helpful, didn't pester us and allowed us to make our own decision. Didn't try to oversell or force us to buy extra things we didn't need. Quick service.

Friendly knowledgeable assistance, despite the assistant being only a couple of weeks into the job, as I discovered later on. Found what I was looking for straight away, with the guidance on mattress type from the assistant. Delivery was available quicker than I expected and on a convenient day.
