Extremely attentive and friendly staff, was offered a hot drink within 2 minutes of walking in the store. The purchase was quick, easy and informative and overall a great experience.

Excellent customer service and spent a lot of time explaining all we needed to know rav was very knowledgable about products and nothing was too much for him even though we kept changing our minds but we came away with everything we wanted so would highly recommend dreams to family and friends

The assistant was so helpful but not pushy in any way. We were left to take as much time as we needed but knew help was available if we had any questions.
