Dreams - Derby

I called to ask if the mattress was in stock, it was and ready for pick up. The assistant knew the mattress I was after even though I was not sure of the name. They told me to come in when I was ready and in the next few hours I walked into store to all the colleagues knowing what I needed. The purchase was quick and in no time I was out with help from the staff loading my car.

This is our 2nd purchase from Dreams in Derby and on both occasions we cannot fault the service, staff and products we have purchased!

i believe adam from derby really went over and beyond, having worked in the customer service industry he really helped me and my wife with the choice of bedding. you can tell he is passionate and really believes in the products. a true help and credit to your brand.

Staff friendly and helpful. Product was what I was looking for although as a spare bed probably paid a little more than I originally anticipated. However, hopefully it will be worth the extra.

Despite the time it took for me to decide on mattress, I think about 30-45 mins, the person that looked after me "Joanna" was very patient with me, polite and very informative which helped me narrowed down my selection and ultimately making a purchase on the same day as I was confident the one I choice was the best one for me. I wont hesitate to recommend the same venue to friends and family.

Joanne was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was offered a drink and the whole process was easy.

Adam explained the benefits and features of the relevant products in a very pleasant manner to enable us to make the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very patient with us.
