The dreams sales ladyJo came to us and said if we needed any assistance and explained the coulour bands of the different mattress make up,we we`re offered a drink which we had while the order was being explained and put through.

Got what we wanted.

Joanne was very helpful and even looked after the baby while we tried the beds . All questions answered and had excellent knowledge of beds and mattresses etc

The sales assistant could answer all our questions and was very helpful without being pushy

We were served by Katy & Stuart who assisted us with our purchase choice, they were extremely friendly and polite. We were offered coffee even if we decided not to purchase. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Stuart was understanding of our needs, he made sure the depths were ok for the bed we have. He offered us assistance straight away, offered us a drink. He was very knowledgeable about the products and items on sale which would benefit us.

Very friendly people help entertaining my 1 year old while I was purchasing my bed and no pressure felt at ease thank you

The assistant was excellent, Katy at Dreams meteor centre, listened and helped us find products catered to what we were looking for. She was not pushy but extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were given plenty of time to make our decision but once made she was efficient in placing the order and very polite throughout. She is a credit to your store.

The sales assistants went above and beyond to help us on our 2 visits to derby dreams, our first visit they did not have the bed we wanted so advised us to visit the closest store that had it in stock to see if we liked it, when we returned the following day to order the bed the service again was second to none, the manager stayed behind after closing to help us complete our order and advised us with any queries we had.
