Staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Plenty of choice to see and try. Very efficient. My second purchase of a bed from dreams given my first experience was so good too, 2 years ago. Delivery men were also excellent!

Good range of mattresses. Able to try them without feeling pressured by sales team. Staff friendly and approachable whilst dealing with noise from on-going building alterations. The staff were apologetic, but the noise didn't stop them from doing their job.

The overall experience was very easy. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store by Lucy and she was extremely helpful. She talked us through everything we needed to know. She also made the process of applying for credit very quick and simple.
