The assistance provided by Jo was excellent. She made use very welcome with a coffee, understood the products very well and suggested a range of options.

Joanne met and asked if I needed help I said not at the moment, so she left me alone until I did ask for help, then she was very helpful. Did not feel pressured in any way.

Lucy, the assistant was both knowledgeable and patient as we has specific requirements for both bed and matress. She also offered myself, husband and young daughter a hot drink and did not rush us.

Staff were very friendly and did everything that was needed of them. You had the product in stock as it had said you would online.
