We went to the shop knowing exactly what we wanted and the staff there were very helpful in getting it for us.

Knowledgable supportive team experienced with the products.

What a great store in derby, we walked in and we weren't pounced upon which is fantastic, we were left to look around and then were approached to ask was their something specific we were looking for, when we advised what we were wanting to look at we shown where it was asked if we wanted a drink then left alone. Absolutely no hard business selling or babysitting it was great. Which resulted in us purchasing a bed (more expensive than the one we originally looked at) Lucy was lovely to deal with.

The guy who took our order was very friendly, efficient and good knowledge of the products he was selling.

Met by Jo as when going through door, asked if I wanted help. I said no my granddaughter and grandson were already upstairs looking at beds, she said just give me a shout if you need help. In addition I walk with a stick I was very quickly advised where the lift was to take me up to the upper floor. Prompt assistance when asked for information on the bed that my granddaughter wanted. Lots of information from Jo regarding mattresses and the availability to test these was excellent. Good interaction from Jo and the other staff with my 2yr grandson who was very well behaved and loved trying the beds.
