Dreams - Derby

Some years ago I purchased a dreams mattress and was highly satisfied with it. I took a photo of the label and bought the equivalent of the one bought previously.

I was helped by Jo and also Stuart who covered everything step by step This was the first time we have had a super king bed and we were shown everything we needed from the four drawer divan and tempur mattress to the pillows duvet and sheets. We were given a drink while all the paperwork was filled in overall me and my wife were highly satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend dreams to all our friends and family.

This is the second time I've bought a bed from dreams. I returned because the staff are efficient and friendly.

I purchased some bedding and needed assistance from the staff with regards to what they would recommend for my individual needs. Stuart and Katy were on hand to give me any advice that I needed and the sales process was therefore very quick and simple.

Very friendly non-pushy staff (Stuart). Good knowledge, easy manner and excellent coffee. Unlikely to go anywhere else in future. Clean appealing store layout, plenty of choice and solid advice when required.

Good team, very friendly, funny and welcoming. Asked if we wanted drinks on several occasions. Very helpful.

Staff very friendly. Adam came to us straight away to ask if we needed assistance. As the bed we wanted wasn't in the showroom he showed us as a rough guide to the size and opening of the ottoman bed using other beds an an example .

Customer service in store was very good - friendly and knowledgeable. Used that new sleepmaster technology thing which was very interesting and hi tech. Certainly a competitive edge that you have.

The salesman serving us (Adam) was extremely friendly from the second we approached him. Our purchase was completed promptly
