My visit to the store couldn’t have been better for the service and attention I received from the staff, the young ladies name was Chelsea. I was unsure what would suit my requirements but all my question were seals with in a highly satisfactory method. A pleasure visit overall.

Choosing a mattress has become very complicated over the internet so we decided to try some out in store. The store colleague was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very patient with us as we were back and forth with our pillows testing out beds. We used out the dream machine to help us choose.

We only went in to look and ended up spending nearly £5000. All the staff were extremely friendly each helping the others out when they were busy with other customers. I likes the bed guide machine. Our sales assistant Jo was lovely nothing was too much trouble and she patiently explained things several times and followed endless round the store as we flitted from bed to bed. And when we'd finally decided and paid then saw something else we thought we might want instead, she happily went through out options again. As we were going through the purchase Jo explained all the add on or "upsales" in such away as we felt no pressure and did infact purchase them. Not something we normally do.

They facilitated the sale efficiently while we had a toddler in tow. We were short on time so it was probably quicker than many sales, but this wasn't a problem. Information was provided concisely so we could make a decision.

The 2 colleagues that handled our order were very thorough & used the available technology in store to guide us in getting the correct mattress they were both very informative & friendly. I would like to mention Jo in particular who helped us with the ordering & selection also John who took over while Jo dealt with another customer.
