Quick and efficient service and a good choice of products.

Knowledgeable staff......friendly.....ease of purchase. Good to find there was a lift available as I needed to go onto 2nd floor.....getting old. Nice to get a choice of delivery days.....weekend for me as it`s more convenient.

Because I had new bed before from dreams, it’s was so comfy, till 9 years later, it’s get old so I tried to ikea next one and 3 years later. I don’t feel comfy at all. So I would use dreams now and on.

We were very satisfied and the young man was coping very well on his own.

I think the availability of different adjustable beds to try in store was far better than other stores. The advice given by Katy was great, she was very friendly even though I probably ask her the same questions a few times. I liked the way the store offered a drink and then gave me my own space/time to try the beds without staff watching. I asked a few more questions to Katy to comfirm the options I could do. I liked the fact that I was given permission to take some photos in store so I could show them to my wife who was in hospital. After discussing the options with my wife I came back a few days later and placed the order. Katy remembered me from a few days ago and, really nice, and she sent carefully through the ordering service. Great service from the whole team. Thank-you.

The manager ('Stuart'?) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I was met by Stuart in a friendly manner and who did not pressure me in anyway to buy but gave knowledgeable and efficient service. He explained in clear terms the options available.
