We received friendly and professional assistance, he was very helpful and all the staff we very tolerate of our 2 year old being a 2 year old! The assistance was the right balance of being informative without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.

On entering the store I was looking for a specific product, whilst I was trying to identify it I was approached by a member of staff who inquired if I would like some assistance. I was then Taken to the product and was given all the information I required about it. My purchase of the product was carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Adam was really helpful and was not pushy. We were given the time to browse without feeling pressured if we needed anything Adam was there to advise.

The lady that served me was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. She took her time to explain things and very helpful altogether.

This is my second bed purchase from dreams and was delighted to be served by Stuart who dealt with me for my first purchase, and the main reason we chose to return. He is attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble for him. His customer service is exceptional, he makes you feel completely at ease and not rushed or under pressure to make a choice. I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase.

From the time we entered the store, we felt that our custom was valued. The gentleman who dealt with us was personable, helpful and not pushy. Effort was made to ensure that the chosen product would meet our needs and it was explained to us that should we find it unsuitable in our own environment, a swap option would be available.
