Dreams - Derby

We were browsing the store for a new bed when we were approached by Stuart a very friendly helpful member of staff. He immediately offered us assistance and a drink. We wanted to be measured up for our new bed on the machine in store and was advised by Joanne there was a little wait as some other customers had requested a measurement session. We did not feel we were able to wait to be measured with having our 2 grand daughters with us at the time and they can get rather bored. Joanne managed to sort it for us to go straight onto the machine which was much appreciated.once measured we were shown the relevant beds suitable for us to try. Joanne was very helpful answering all questions we had. Both Stuart and Joanne gave us the space to browse and deliberate on which bed we would prefer and yet they were readily available to help when required. No pressure just help as and when required. Brilliant!!

Katy at the Meteor Centre in Derby was in the store to help me. I did the sleep test, & she explained which beds I should try due to my sleep results, & was there throughout my visit. She was very knowledgeable.

We were allowed to look around the beds without interference,and when we was happy with our selection the staff were very friendly and helpfull.They even went to the extent of offering us free drinks,which in my opinion,makes anyone more relaxed and easy going.

Jo was professional and easy to talk to and also had a good sense of humour which she needed in the male dominated world, us women are more than capable and she didn’t rush us to get a quick sale. Happily deal with this store again. Asking as my delivery turns up on time and I am happy then a good alround experience

I didn't know what type of mattress l wanted. So the assistant showed me the machine that give you a reading of my strength of mattress. That gave me the choice l could look at then picked one that l had . Budgeted. Very good service with a cup of tea to help me part with my money I will certainly recommend Dreams
