Dreams - Derby

My boyfriend and I are moving into a new house where we have to furnish and decorate it from scratch and that can be very stressful and expensive time for us. Today at Dreams in Derby Nina was very friendly and helpful, she helped us to understand the different types of mattresses and guide us into finding the most comfortable and suitable mattress for ourselves. She took into consideration our body types, how we usually sleep and any body/mobility problems we might have. What made the whole experience even better it Is that the budget that we had for a new mattress was respected and the fact that we end up finding someone that meets all our requirements including the price made us feel relieved. Now feeling less stressed and more excited about our new start in life we’re looking forward to sleep in our new mattress and super comfy pillows.

Staff were so helpful. We tried out the new "computerized bed" which have us a list of suitable products , this was helpful as it gave us a starting point. Staff made our children feel welcomed and also gave us refreshments.

Relaxed environment help available if you want it. But no pushy sales people who tend to put me off . We were allowed time to try beds and do our own analysis before immediately being available when we wanted them

The staff were very professional and informed about the product and very friendly too. They took the time to ensure that our needs were met.

On every occasion that I have visited Dreams showrooms over the 12 months service has been excellent. Response to phone calls and to emails have been prompt and good. Service is of a standard that I operate in my own business, which is highly unusual in the retail sector. Dreams have good products at very competitive prices, backed by helpful and knowledgeable staff. A very flexible approach which is highly valued.

I origionally went to look in the shop, they had just what I wanted. I took all the details away and came back at a later date to purchase. I was very surprised to be told that what I wanted was available in different coloured bases. I will be needing more beds in the new year, the prices for the beds that I looked at were a surprise, they were well within my price rang and comfortable to lie on. I will be back in the new year to purchase these.

Customer service excellent, left to browse and not feel under pressure but made aware when entered store to ask for assistance when we were ready. Assistance excellent when asking about products. Placing the order very smooth. I think the option to take away your old matress at a very reasonable price is also an excellent service.Very please with the delivery time too as some companys seem to be 6 to 8 weeks.Overall very satisfied with our visit and purchase to your Derby store.

STUART WAS THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY EXPERIENCED. WE WERE OFFERED TO HAVE THE SLEEP MATCH DONE FOR BOTH MYSELF AND MY HUBBY. IN THE PAST WE HAVE BEEN BUYING THE WRONG STYLE OF MATTRESS AND HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS. AFTER TRYING ALL THE SYTLES OF BEDS WITH THE RECOMMENDED MATTRESS WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THE TRUSCOTT SK ADJUSTABLE SMART TV BED. WE WERE IN THE SHOP FOR ABOUT 1HR AND 30 MINUTES. LONGER THAN A CLOTHES SHOP WOULD YOU BELIEVE! ALL I CAN IS WHAT A LOVELY EXPERIENCE IT WAS. I EVEN HAD A CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE WHILE I WAS THERE. THANK YOU SO MUCH

The Sales assistant was extremely helpful and applied all available discounts to my order.

The staff were kind and understanding, and the range of products available to view was extensive allowing us to easily find the product for us. The descriptions of the products and their categories were clear. The only negative comment that can be made would be the fact that there isn't a total refund option at cancellation, 20% of the total cost is kept, an eventuality that hopefully won't come up.
