Tha sales assistant, Jo, was helpful, gave advice, gave us space to talk and try the beds. Seemed knowledgeable and able to relate the key product facts as moved around the stove. Thank you.

What I was looking for was in stock in the warehouse and took minutes to locate the staf made me a coffee whilst I waited despite me saying I didn't think I would be there long..so excellent , friendly couldn't do enough attitude..

We arrived 3/4 of an hour before the store shut but still received excellent service from Adam he was friendly and very informative my daughter & I came away feeling very happy

When I walked into the store, the different bed options were displayed on posters on the wall. They were colour coded, which meant less time wandering around the store, enabling me to go to my preferred choice. When it was apparent that I was interested, your colleague approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. We established that I was looking in the right area, and discussed the options according to my needs. I felt that he was really patient with me and at no time did he rush or pressurise me...even when I thought that I had forgotten my pin number. He was professional from start to finish.
