I was able to take my time looking round and deciding what I wanted.

The staff were very helpful in giving us advice on the best mattress for us and explaining key features of the bed we wanted to buy.

Friendly staff, helpful and got more than what we were looking for

They made themselves known to myself and my husband and that if we needed any assistance they weren't far away.

Lucy and the team were very helpful and informative. Selection of beds was fantastic (spoilt for choice!). Very pleased with mattress we eventually selected, very much looking forward to receiving it. Pillows Lucy recommended have already helped us get a good night's sleep.

Jo, the store sales person, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our visit to the store, offered us refreshments and was extremely professional.

Very nice sales lady who went through all the different mattress choices with me. Wasn’t pushy to buy the most expensive but was more interested in what would suit my needs.
