The customer service assistant, Jo welcomed us. Showed us through a simulation to identify our needs and advised us. She offered us a drink and helped with alternative pillows. Her colleague, Adam was also present and both were extremely friendly and made us feel relaxed and happy with our purchase.

Joanne at Derby store was very friendly and understood the type of matteress I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and provided reassurance where needed. She gave me all the options that I required to make the right purchase. Hopefully I will have well rested sleeoavd ease of pressure for my lower back with my new mattress. Knew the bed I wanted in Black Friday sale. Took 10 minutes to sit down with colleague explain what I wanted and get ordered. Very quick, very simple
