Katy was just lovely today...the right balance of sincerity and helpfulness without pressure or obsequiousness. The whole team obviously get on well and supported her throughout and this added to the comfortable atmosphere.

All the staff were incredible and friendly, particularly Adam and Katy who took time to chat to us, offered drinks and as we tried out beds and placed the order had a good giggle with us. Stuart, the manager was also lovely. Everyone was very professional and approachable and we felt at ease immediately.
