The chap that served us was Adam. He was very professional, very friendly. Listened to what we needed. Explained the colour system you have with the pillows and set us up on the measuring bed.

The help and guidance given by your in store colleague Jo who at no point tried to force anything onto us but instead helped us purchase what we wanted.

Assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us through the order process

On entering the store we were met by Adam who asked how he could help and offered us refreshments. He had exactly the right approach, not pushy, but informed and he listened to our requirements and gave us time to consider the options. We used the sleep/mattress analyzer which was excellent and gave us the reassurance needed to purchase a quality mattress.

We were served by Lucy who was absolutely fantastic! She spent loads of time with us as we were not sure which mattress we wanted and was brilliant helping us with the rest of the items

The server was helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn’t over bearing. Maybe needed to ask our budget before showing us some of the most expensive mattresses in the store as this was for our teenage son.

Was welcomed with assistance straight away, they left me to look round different items on my own so didnt feel intimidated as they were not pushy, was quick and easy when i decided what i wanted to complete the purchase and delivery dates

The assistant Joe that attended to our needs was very knowledge and patient with us two pensioners. We thought the gizmo that helped you with the type of bed was brilliant as it saved time and also narrowed the types of beds suitable for our needs. Finally the smoothness of purchasing our bed was very painless and explained efficiently by the assistant from start of walking into the shop to handing over the payment. Would definitely use Dreams again in 8 years time.
