It was a pleasant experience, very friendly and helpful service. Item we wanted was on display and we were offered more time to look around in the shop without being rushed to purchase it. Smooth purchase, price is reasonable. We hope the quality will be satisfactory as well.

Adam who helped us choose a new bed and mattress really took his time explaining and showing us which was the best mattress for our needs. The bed stimulator that showed which type of best mattress was brilliant and helped us choose the right one. Adam was always ready to answer our questions and to offer us drinks (nice touch). Really impressed from start to finish.

We were given recommendations of beds which would work for us as a couple. We were talked through the different types of beds which were available and the different coloured scheme We were given as much information as needed and then left to explore at our own pace. We ordered our bed through the member of staff who had helped us initially.

Excellent Service from beginning to end and everything explained very clearly including any add on options. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a bed from here again. So much so my Mum needs a new mattress so will be bringing her to Dreams first before any other shop.

The member of staff that served my son and I was excellent. She involved my 11 year old son in the conversation and fully explained the products we were looking at. First class!!!
