Very satisfied with the assistance I received when I came into the shop to buy my mattress looking forward to it being delivered and I can start using it the gentleman Adam who served me was very helpful and polite thank you once again Margaret Playdon

Staff very smart and knowledgeable. Served by Nina who was very helpful in helping us to make the right choice for us. Very impressed with the service provided.

Friendly and welcoming staff, didn’t feel to pushy, mattress brands clearly on show and in an order easy to follow. Staff helpful offering us advice and quick to offer us pillows to take round, germ conscientious, which I thought was were very good. Was offered a drink which helped us relax and feel at ease in the shop. Nice bright and airy in the shop with plenary of space even through the shop was quite busy, a very positive shopping trip, thus helped us make up our minds to buy on that day, as we had only planned to go and look to see what kind of mattress we were looking at buying, ( soft, medium, firm, memory foam pocket sprung etc)

Absolutely brilliant team of assistants, knowledgeable but importantly able to relate with their customers and have a giggle!

The sale assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, but without too much waffle. We learnt a lot about beds in a fairly short time. Could not fault the service we had at this store.

Walked into shop one of the store assistants came across introduced herself. Then asked if we new what we were looking for replied no she then asked me if I would take the bed endorser which inflates to my body shape then tells me what beds are good for me. So I was left with a choice of 6 beds a lot quicker very happy instead of trying all beds.

Was given time to browse at my own pace. Was offered a cup of tea. Weren’t hassled by staff. Went over to Bensons for beds to see their range and was highly disappointed with the unfriendliness of staff compared to the happy, smiley staff at Dreams Derby. One member of staff even joked with us about “no pillow fights” when I mentioned how heavy one was when we went back to Dreams for the 2nd time. Katy at Dreams had seen we had returned, made us a cup of tea and again left us to look ourselves. We then approached her to ask for more information about one particular mattress and she was able to give us all the relevant information. I asked about finance offers and was really happy with the information.
