I walked in, a little lost having never ordered a bed before especially not a good one. Nina noticed i was lost, helped me find the mattress i was looking for (having been recommended by family to dreams and the specific mattress i had ordered) and then helped me pick a suitable headboard Was very happy at how quickly i was seen to & how efficiently we got everything ordered and sorted. The coffee whilst we sorted it all was a nice touch too

Although the store was extremely busy several of the staff enquired if we were ok .

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us to make a purchase.
