with not knowing what sort of mattress I needed Jo gave me the full treatment and was very helpful so I was able to find what I needed

Katy-Elaine took time to explain about the mattress test as we were unsure what we wanted. We ran through it and then she fully explained the options. She showed us round a few but then left us to browse which we felt was the right thing to do. She didn’t pressure us as we took time to choose. Very friendly and then assisted us to the final purchase

From the start Nina was extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She helped us understand what we were looking for and focussed our needs towards the best option for us.

Jo, the assistant was very helpful ,and spent plenty of time with me, and she had a lot of patients as I had a budget in mind ,as I had been on line and had an idea of what I wanted!

When arrived in your store myself and my partner were greeted with smiles and assistance. They let us look around first and then ask questions when was ready. Listening to us JO (from derby M store ) was lovely she showed us the bed and mattress and even got us to do a test to ensure we had the right fit. Jo was open and honest to us with every question asked and didnt push too hard for a sale. It was our first time bed hunting going in to the store ect and I will definitely be returning in the future

we were greeted by Stuart, the store manager who helped us to find the right mattress for us, He took the time to ensure we were happy with our order and looked after us with drinks and a non pushy positive experience. To help us decide he ensured we were able to use the computer aided mattress guide. We found his personable friendly approach invaluable.
