My family got offered a drink which I really like especially when your there to spend money. The lady who served me was a delight very nice and just left's us go it. I work with people myself and her whole attitude and presence was perfect.

The staff were excellent and helped us carry the product to the car. Adam was great and deserves a raise!

the sales representative (Adam) was not too pushy and gave us advice on choosing our new mattress. He helped us use the machine to identify the type of mattress that would be best suited to us and then after pointing us in the right direction left us to browse the store at our own pace. We had our 1 year old with us and all the members of staff were very friendly towards him which made the process much easier. (Custard creams are always a winner!)

It was nice to be offered a cup of coffee with a warm friendly welcome. The bed technology service was very useful and quiet entertaining. It took the guesswork out of making the right decision. We didn't feel rushed and there was a very good selection of mattresses on offer and display. Jo was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would recommend.

Plenty of choice and prices

Adam was very friendly and there was a relaxed feeling to the store. We were offered a drink, my partner thought the latte was very good. There were plenty of options to look at and try out, and identifying types by pillow colour was simple
