Very helpful without being at all pushy. The machine to measure how you sleep helped to narrow things down and the cup of coffee while we sorted the paperwork was also appreciated.

From walking in through the doors at the Derby Store we were greeted in a most professional & helpful manner as I asked about three different makes of beds & was given lots of information on each as well as lying down on them. In the end chose a Hypnos (always so comfortable in Premier Inns). Looking forward now to the delivery.
