I was approached by a lady on entering the store to see if I wanted any help, but having already spoken to a gentleman over the phone I felt it was right to speak to him in person regarding my requirements. The gentleman in question was very helpful and offered us (myself and my daughter) a drink, which I accepted, a coffee. He showed us the the mattresses we had discussed and we tried these for comfort testing. He also suggested trying the specialist bed testing facility which assesses which types of beds/mattresses are suitable for you based on weight, comfort, sleeping position etc. We made a choice between two mattresses and this is to be delivered on 08/02/2019. On returning home I spoke to my father as he has been struggling to sleep and suggested he may be better with a new mattress. I rang the store and again spoke to the same gentleman and my father also placed an order for the same mattress I had ordered, his is to be delivered on 14/02/19. Whilst in store we discussed other options, such as if we did not get on with the mattress of our choice and again were given options on how this could be changed and how to access the mattress before making this decision.

I had bought a bed last November from dreams, so I came back when I needed 2 single beds for my grandchildren. Thè choice was better than I expected and the beds felt very comfortable. I am looking forward to receiving them soon.
