The member of staff who assisted us was very friendly and knowlegeable. Very impressed.

Nina talked to us about all products available and assessed what would be best suited. Her knowledge of the products was great and we even got a free coffee

Excellent knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service. I am happy with the "paperless" policy but am unhappy that so much polythene has to be used to protect the product during delivery. Please make an effort to be more "planet" aware.

The salesperson, Adam, was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and very helpful. He helped us choose our furniture with his product knowledge, and entertained our son (aged 7) throughout. Dreams is now my son's favourite shop because of Adam lol. I was looking for a specific type of beds - roll under beds - and were shown the choices and was satisfied to buy.

Lucy the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking to buy and gave me advice about the best mattress to suit my needs and was very patient while I was thinking she was very pleasant and offered me coffee while I thought, I came away very pleased about my purchase.

Shop assistant Adam, was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of our requirements. He explained the construction of mattresses very well, so that we understood the comfort range.

The staff on the whole were extremely helpful and welcoming. The staff member, Jo, that served us specifically was amazing, could not do enough for us to make sure we were getting the products we wanted and needed. There was none of the usual pressure you receive from sales people while we were browsing, but the staff were on hand as soon as we needed anything. We were offered drinks throughout, and when we left the store without some of our purchases, we received a call immediately to ask if we were able to come and pick it up, where as most places would have probably just charged us and resold the product.

Went in to Dreams to have a casual look. Katy. came over to me after a little while and asked if I needed help. I said I was confused and didn’t know where to start. She explained the colour coding which Ithought was good. She showed and explained the differences. She asked if I would be interested in trying the ‘bed’, I said I would, but first I was going to get my husband to come. Very, very reluctantly he did so. He has numerous health concerns and mobility is one. We concluded the visit by buying the electric bed and also a bed for the spare room and I am trying to make my mind up about a new mattress. We had amazing help, advice and understanding from Katy.
