Courteous, friendly and helpful staff member, who did not make us feel under pressure to purchase, and helpful with any advice we felt we needed. They offered us refreshments while we were browsing / visiting the store and ensured we were under no obligation.

The assistant was very curious and attentive towards helping us identify our choices of bed. The the same assistant helped us with choices of extras and found the best value items. Both quality and price. The lady assistant had really good product knowledge and was careful and patient with her explanation to us.

We went straight to our chosen bed to make a final decision after a few previous visits. We were met with a cheery "Hello", followed up by an unpressurized offer of assistance. We were given relevant information which helped our final choice. We were offered a drink ( not taken). Your Assistant, Adam...was attentive and pleasant to deal with ...and sorted out our purchase very satisfactorily.

Welcoming and very helpful member of staff. Enjoyed electronic bed experience that informed us which mattress was best for us :-)

The staff we're very friendly the chap who looked after me and the wife Stuart was very professional and not at all pushy which is what we like the only negative is the price of the mattresses

Greeted by a very friendly, informative assistant. Nina offered advice if we needed it, but gave us options.....so informed choices. Se wasn't 'pushy' at all. Was pleasant throughout the process from start to finish.

We were warmly greeted and not pressurised to buy, we had no idea what kind of mattress we needed but knew we needed a new one. We were guided the whole way through and we even used the mattress body scanner and then sampled the range of mattresses for our needs including pillows.
