Great service from both Stuart and Adam, they were very patient with me as I struggled to make up my mind on which bed to have.

We were greeted by Nina who was excellent and showed us the machine for recommending mattress types and was then very helpful in placing our order. In fact we took the mattress home with us. Overall we were made to feel that our business was very welcome, but we were not pressured to go for the most expensive product. Nina was very professional and had excellent product knowledge.

The staff were very helpful and and had time for us. Especially useful with two small boys.

Jo was very helpful and ordered the items for me very efficiently. She was also very helpful in making sure it was ordered correctly.

It was my first visit to Dreams and I was so impressed by the range of choice, the helpfulness and availability of staff and I was especially impressed with the machine that assesses your sleep position to give you a recommendation on which range of mattresses to look for as it narrows down the huge range to make it easier to shop.

Everyone was extremely helpful as soon as we entered the store without being pushy & we were given a drink & left to try out the mattresses at our leisure but there was someone always available to answer any questions we had without having to wait long for assisstance.

The atmosphere in the showroom was very friendly between staff and possible customers. We were approached discretely by JO who dealt with us very professionally.

They was very helpful with us looking for our perfect fit mattress. Jo was aware of the best options for us both, me and my partner. They offered us a drink and wasn't too pushy with us due to it nearly being closing time. Very helpful and kind staff

We were approached by Nina shortly after entering the store and she stayed with us throughout. She took time to talk about our needs and then showed us many options encouraging us to try the different products. Nina answered all our questions, she was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence in our choices.

Good range of products, very knowledgable staff, excellent assistance, no pressure to buy. Offered refreshments.
