Our whole experience from start to finish was excellent I have never shopped for a bed for a while so it was especially helpful when our assistant Ellie at the Derby branch explained everything and made you feel at ease while trying all the beds (Which I was a bit nervous about ) She gave great customer service and I have told family members to look out for her when they go in to your store next week
