Staff very friendly and helpful. Offered a drink. Was asked our needs and went on dream bed calculator bed to work out which mattresses would suit our needs. Adam the member of staff explained the different types of mattresses and pointed a few out to us then left us to wander around the store and try at our own pace.

I was able to place my order over the phone quickly after seeing online. Very pleased and although 4-6 weeks is a while to wait, it is coming from Germany and I know it is a quality piece as I’ve had a full bedroom suite off Dreams previously and we have been very satisfied with our purchases.

Nina, who helped us with our quest for a new bed was fantastic, very helpful, very knowledgable and wasn’t pushy, she left us to discuss things through in private but one look for her and she would be there to help. We are very pleased with our experience at Dreams thanks to Nina.

Nina was a great help. We went in thinking we wanted a soft mattress and by the time Nina had finished speaking to us and had put us on the dream beds we ended up buying a firm mattress.
