Helpful member of staff. Gave good advice and efficient

stuart was very friendly and knew exactly what help and advice we needed. We didn't feel at all pressured but he was there when we needed him. We even had a joke about the colour of the divan my husband thought it was grey but Stuart and I believed it was teal which was really funny. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely return. Thank you Stuart.

Stuart at the Derby store had a superb sales style. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and did not mind my children's over-enthusiastic bed-testing style. It made what could've been a difficult choice, a super simple transaction. Very pleased. Hope the purchases live up to this high standard now!
