Staff were very nice and the product was excellent.

We were greeted by a friendly and approachable lady who listened to our needs. After we used the sleep ananliser we were given a list of recommended options and shown where they were in store and that we could choose any pillow we wanted with us but recommended certain pillows for our needs. We were also offered drinks, including for our 2 children. The rest of the staff were always ready to answer any questions we had.

Product knowledge was excellent, up selling was done very tastefully and respectfully

Lucy was great, she entertained our 3 children while we look at the beds and mattresses, giving us the time to make a decision. She know the products and was able to find what works for us. The other staff members were also friendly and accommodating.

I was highly satisfied with the lady that took the order. She was approachable, attentive and polite. We were offered a drink and left the store very happy with the service recieved.
